The Opportunity:
Sitting in the Local Marketing team, the Senior Associate – Media (Programmatic, Paid Social, Gaming & CRM) will be based in the Slough office and report into the Media Manager. This role focuses on planning and optimizing Programmatic, Search, CRM & Conversion campaigns across the brand portfolio in alignment with best practices. The role involves actively optimizing live campaigns to achieve KPIs.

Your tasks:
1. Plan, deliver, and optimize weekly Programmatic video, display campaigns, Paid Social, Gaming & CRM campaigns via our activation partners, in line with Playbook Best practices, targeting Mattel's audiences.
2. Drive excellence in Programmatic display and video advertising with our DSP partner, leveraging data and inventory to improve performance.
3. Ensure Paid Social & Gaming campaigns are fit for audience and platform, aligning with playbooks.
4. Deliver local email acquisition targets with partners, optimizing lead quality.
5. Plan UK CRM calendar for retailer offers, coordinate with EMEA Digital on pan-EMEA campaigns, and optimize learnings for future campaigns.
6. Maximize media ROI through rigorous weekly campaign optimization and reporting.
7. Collaborate with Regional Digital team & UK Local Brand on various channels.
8. Implement media innovations and test & learn initiatives within channels, aligned with strategic pillars.
9. Champion best-in-class creative for Paid Social & Gaming, internally and externally.
10. Maintain ownership of Programmatic, Paid Social, Gaming & CRM data within Mattel’s platform, ensuring data is current and leveraged effectively weekly.
11. Support Media Manager with Media Mix Modelling and integrate insights into planning.
12. Potential to expand responsibilities in the short to medium term.
Qualifications:
We expect successful candidates to have:
* 3+ years of experience in Programmatic video/display, Paid Social, Gaming, from agency or digitally native environments.
* Analytical skills for campaign optimization with agency partners.
* Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results.
* Collaborative, communicative, and able to challenge constructively.
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
