A growing, multi-disciplinary civil and structural engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer / Principal Structural Engineer OR an Associate Director to join their London team. The role offers the opportunity to lead technically challenging projects, manage a team of engineers, and contribute to the strategic growth of the consultancy.

Role Overview
* Lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and compliance with British Standards and Eurocodes.
* Oversee a variety of projects including long‑span structures, industrial buildings, commercial developments, and refurbishment works up to a value of £200 million.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid‑level engineers.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, geotechnical, and architectural disciplines.
* Support business growth through client engagement, fee preparation, and proposal development.
Candidate Requirements
* Started as a structural engineer and progressed to a senior technical or leadership role.
* Strong, hands‑on experience across a diverse range of structural projects.
* Technical knowledge in steel, RC, and composite systems, with experience in temporary works highly desirable.
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver high‑quality technical solutions.
* Full right to work in the UK.
