We are now looking for a Receptionist & Administrator to join our busy Croydon service. This role is central to the smooth running of the service and plays a vital part in ensuring people receive a welcoming, professional and responsive experience from the moment they make contact with us. About the role As the first point of contact for the service, you will play a key role in supporting both the people who access our services and the multidisciplinary teams who deliver them. You will: Provide a professional, courteous reception service for people accessing the service, partner agencies and colleagues Respond promptly and sensitively to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, directing them appropriately Manage correspondence, data entry and record-keeping to a high standard Collate, monitor and report data and information as required Support effective communication and administrative systems across the service Provide prescription and general administrative support to clinical and operational teams This is a varied and rewarding role that requires organisation, discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. Location: Croydon Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week *Salary: £25,077 per annum (pro rata for part time) Allowance: £2,195.72 Outer London Weighting (pro rata for part time) * please note - full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours About you You will bring a calm, organised and people-centred approach, along with: Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures Strong IT skills, including word processing, Excel spreadsheets and accurate data entry Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team The ability to respond appropriately to requests for assistance while maintaining confidentiality Solid numeracy and organisational skills Minute-taking experience (desirable, but not essential) An interest in supporting people where alcohol and/or drug use has been identified as a need would be welcomed.
