The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
* Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged
* Support students in completing work independently
* Maintain a calm, structured, and purposeful learning environment
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
* Gain experience across different year groups and subjects
You won’t be expected to plan lessons, but you will need confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a classroom effectively.
