Telecommunications Systems Analyst Role
In a mission-critical environment, this role involves the analysis and troubleshooting of highly complex telecommunications systems using structured problem-solving techniques and available tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying root causes, developing action plans, and outlining impact and resolution plans.
Main Responsibilities
* Project Management: Manage all aspects of Voice Projects and Operations, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
* Infrastructure Support: Provide support for Operations and Project activities on Voice infrastructure, including Nice Voice Recordings.
* Equipment Testing: Test circuits and components of malfunctioning unified communications equipment to isolate sources of malfunctions, utilizing network management systems and circuit designs.
To excel in this position, we seek individuals with advanced knowledge of enterprise multi-cluster design, integrating CUCM, Unity Connections, and SME. Additionally, expertise in Cisco Video and Conferencing solutions – Telepresence, TMS, Webex – is highly valued.
