Key Responsibilities
1. Own the P&L for your product categories and drive them to success.
2. Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best products at competitive prices.
3. Develop and maintain a high-performing product range and strategy.
4. Understand customer needs and tailor your product offering accordingly.
5. Collaborate with the merchandising team to manage Open-To-Buy (OTB) and maximise sales.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to forecast demand and future product opportunities.
7. Partner with marketing to plan and manage promotional calendars, securing additional supplier marketing support.
8. Track and manage return rates, working with suppliers to minimise costs.
9. Strategically manage promotional plans to ensure optimal stock levels during peak periods.
What We’re Looking For
10. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables essential).
11. Excellent attention to detail and a keen sense for spotting trends.
12. Proven commercial success and solid negotiation skills.
13. Experience working with branded products in an online retail environment.
14. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
15. Adaptability and a fast-paced work ethic.
16. Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, with a collaborative and personable approach.
17. OEM sourcing experience is desirable but not essential.
