Role Description
We're looking for a passionate and proactive
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. You'll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple digital channels, working closely with senior strategists and account managers to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
This is an ideal role for someone with 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing who wants to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and optimise
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
, and
LinkedIn Ads
campaigns
* Assist in developing
multi-channel strategies
(Search, Display, Programmatic, Social, Audio, Video)
* Conduct
keyword research
, competitor analysis, and performance audits
* Write compelling
ad copy
and contribute to creative asset briefs
* Support campaign tracking, tagging, and reporting using
GA4
and
Looker Studio
* Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to meet KPIs
* Collaborate with creatives to deliver engaging ad content
* Manage and optimise client budgets to maximise ROI
* Stay up-to-date with digital trends and platform updates
Requirements
* 1–3 years' experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house)
* Hands-on experience with
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads Manager
* Understanding of GA4
, UTM tracking, and conversion optimisation
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects
* Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning
Desirable Skills
* Experience with

* Knowledge of SEO principles
* Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
