In this hands-on role, you will support the daily operations of the Coventry office with responsibilities including:
General office administration, facilities management, and supplier coordination
Sales support, including quote preparation, PO processing, and event administration
Financial administration, including invoice processing, budget support, and expense approvals
HR support, including payroll coordination, onboarding, and administration
Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and sustainability reporting
Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar office support role
Digitally proficient, including Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
