Responsible for the picking and distribution of materials to different production areas enabling adherence to production schedules.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Operating a forklift truck to move and rearrange stock and ensure that products are accurately recorded and stored safely.
2. Picking the required parts/ materials to production schedule requirements and reviewing for accuracy.
3. Producing parts/ material ‘kits’ to production schedule requirements.
4. Checking the line feed supply as required.
5. Ensure that orders are picked in line with ‘first in first out’ principles.
6. Undertake cycle counts.
7. Keep the management informed of any problems.
8. Undertake general housekeeping duties within the warehouse to S standards.
9. Assist with housekeeping in the yard.
10. Ensure a safe working environment.
11. Support the Plan for Every Part Coordinator on ad hoc projects as required.
12. Participate in the annual inventory count and audit.
13. Take an active role in Perfect Execution activities as required.
14. Whilst undertaking duties, ensure that all Company policy and procedures are adhered to (including HSE and Quality).
Who You Are:

Full FLT licence
Prior warehouse experience desirable
Computer literate
Experience of SAP highly desirable
Numerate and literate
Attention to detail
