Deliver Consistent Leads: Ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads through strategic campaign management. Optimise for Performance: Continuously monitor, analyse, and improve campaigns, ad copy, and landing pages to boost conversion rates. Test & Innovate: Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to explore new channels and implement a test-and-learn approach. Analyse & Report: Dive into data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Manage Budgets: Collaborate on budget allocation to ensure efficient spend and optimal returns. Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in digital or performance marketing, whether from an agency or in-house background, with a strong focus on paid media. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI. A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners. A results-driven approach with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
