Role: Executive Assistant (Legal)\n\nLocation: Leeds (Hybrid working available)\n\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nSalary: Competitive, depending on experience\n\nA highly regarded UK professional services firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior Partner within their Planning team. Based in Leeds, with flexible hybrid working, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and respected national organisation.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nThis position plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Partner’s schedule and operations, while also providing support to the wider Leeds team and colleagues across the UK.\n\nYou’ll be involved in everything from diary management and travel coordination to supporting billing processes and organising key meetings. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone highly organised, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the Partner’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments\n\nAct as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders\n\nOversee the Partner’s email inbox, prioritising and responding as necessary\n\nMaintain effective filing systems for emails and documents\n\nCoordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings\n\nOrganise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials\n\nPrepare reports and presentations, and follow up on outstanding actions\n\nSubmit expenses and manage billing records accurately\n\nOpen, close, and archive client files in line with firm procedures\n\nProvide ad hoc administrative support to other team members\n\nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism\n\nSkills and Experience\n\nSignificant experience in a similar PA or Executive Assistant role, ideally within legal or professional services\n\nExcellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively\n\nStrong communication skills, with confidence engaging at all levels\n\nProactive and adaptable, with a keen attention to detail\n\nAble to work independently and as part of a team\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n\nFamiliarity with document management systems is an advantage\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nJoin a well-respected, national firm with a collaborative and inclusive culture\n\nWork flexibly in a role that values balance and individual contribution\n\nBe part of a team where your ideas and efforts make a visible impact\n\nFor more information apply today or email me directly at (url removed)
