Security Officer
* Location: Biggin Hill, Kent
* Fixed Term - 9 months
* Pay Rate: £14.16 per hour, a minimum of 8 hours per week
* Shifts: Days 4 on 4 off basis
* SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervisor) required
* CCTV licence desirable – training provided for the right candidate
* Driving licence & own vehicle desirable but not essential

About the Role
Are you a people-person with a keen eye for detail and a calm, professional approach? We're looking for a Relief Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate site in Biggin Hill.
As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you'll ensure safety, security, and top-tier service across the campus. From front-of-house duties to CCTV monitoring and emergency response, no two days will be the same.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Greeting staff and visitors, managing ID/access badges, and ensuring site policies are followed
* Performing full patrols and check-ins across the customer campus
* Responding to alarms and emergency incidents
* Managing CCTV and access control systems
* Communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners. Both written and verbally
* Maintaining high standards of dress and professionalism
What We're Looking For
We're after high-calibre professionals with:
* A valid SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervisor)
* CCTV licence (or willingness to train)
* Flexibility to work day/night/weekend shifts on a rotating 4 on, 4 off pattern
* Confidence using IT systems, phones, and email and clients internal systems
* Corporate security experience or strong customer-facing skills
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable but not essential
