A highly respected ranked firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy Real Estate team in Hassocks.

You will handle a wide range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases across varying levels of value and complexity. Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions
* Support senior colleagues on more complex matters where required
* Maintain high levels of client care and build strong client relationships
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQS accreditation and risk policies
* Contribute to business development through networking, seminars, and thought leadership pieces
* Meet and exceed personal financial targets (fees, billing, time recording, debt recovery, etc.)
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in residential property
* Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong knowledge of property law and CQS requirements
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft Office
