Role Overview
We are a team made up of 19 negotiators (across both Commercial and Residential specialties) and 15 operational staff. With an auction every 2-3 weeks and marketing 250-350 properties each time, the role of Compliance Assistant plays a vital part of the auction process. You will be assisting the compliance co-ordinator ensuring the smooth running of vendor and counterparty compliance checks in accordance with the 2017 Money Laundering Regulations (as amended) for all UK private individuals and coordinating checks for all other vendors, including UK and overseas entities, receivers, executors, mortgagees, and more.
