Senior Account Executive – Wireless Technology Sales (Remote, UK/EU)
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and guide customers across defense, aerospace, and industrial automation sectors throughout the UK and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex sales cycles, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless adoption of innovative technology — all while working remotely with approximately 30% travel for customer engagement and industry events.
OTE - £130K+ Bonus/Commission
Manage and qualify inbound leads, nurturing relationships and steering opportunities toward successful implementation.
Proactively identify and engage high-value target accounts to expand market presence.
Collaborate closely with technical experts to address customer requirements and support thorough technical evaluations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, clearly communicating value propositions and navigating multi-stage sales processes.
Develop and maintain strategic, long-term account relationships to secure and grow key partnerships.
5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development within wireless communications, networking, or robotics.
~ Proven track record of success in B2B technical sales, ideally involving OEMs, system integrators, or industrial automation clients.
~ Strong technical understanding of wireless communications, RF technologies, and networking solutions.
~ Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are beneficial.
