Multi-Trader / Foreman
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trader / Foreman to carry out multiple trades on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring quality standards and maintaining safety protocols to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Basic Carpentry, plumbing, painting, filing, tiling
* Working with site managers to keep the site clean
* Supervising Subcontractors
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a multi-trader or foreman in construction.
* Strong knowledge of various trades and construction processes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Valid relevant certifications and health & safety training.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant trade qualifications or NVQs.
* CSCS card or equivalent.
