✅ The Role:
* Supervise whole classes during planned and unplanned teacher absences across KS3–KS4
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task and engaged
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
* Support pupils’ behaviour, promoting respect and high standards
* Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour to teachers and senior staff
* Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day running

* Experience working with secondary-aged students, ideally in a classroom setting
* Confident behaviour management and ability to maintain focus and order
* Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt as needed
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* Valid Enhanced Child-Only DBS or willingness to obtain one
* Reliable, patient, and proactive attitude
