Our Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with all operational and commercial activities in your store. Your role includes providing clear leadership to establish a high-performance team that drives sales, achieves KPIs, and delivers exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing
1. Maximize contribution by helping to achieve budget sales and controlling costs.
2. Assist Store Manager in managing store costs without jeopardizing store objectives.
3. Assist with training, development, and motivation of staff to achieve high levels of customer service and performance.
4. Manage the customer experience as part of The White Company's multi-channel strategy.
