Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilise market research, database mining and customer vertical categories to identify new prospects
2. Identify opportunities within your own prospect bank and work towards converting them into new revenue
3. Pro-actively search for resellers and establish communication with businesses that can benefit from Nimans' products and services
4. Develop and implement strategies for new projects, products and services
5. Work alongside departmental strategy to achieve revenue objectives
6. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, solution pitch, negotiation, close, handover to account management team
7. Maintain knowledge of Nimans’ products and services Use digital media, such as LinkedIn, and outbound calls to prospect for new business
8. Answer inbound enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
9. Achieve all monthly KPIs Deal effectively with proposals and enquiries from customers.
Qualifications / Relevant Experience
Essential:
10. Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
11. Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
12. Capable of hands on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
13. A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
14. Strong communication skills in all forms including written, email, telephone, and presentation
15. Capable of working independently and having responsibility as an individual.
