About the Role:
As a Catering Assistant, you’ll work on one of our fantastic catering units, serving high-quality food to guests during busy event days.
You’ll be hands-on with food preparation and service, working closely with your team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service - even during peak rushes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve food to a high standard in a busy environment.
* Work on designated catering units, following set menus and procedures.
* Operate catering equipment safely and correctly.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
* Restock units and support with stock control to minimise waste.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep the service running smoothly.
About You:
* Previous experience in catering, barista, hospitality, or fast-paced food service is preferred.
* Confident working under pressure in high-volume environments.
* Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player.
