About the Role:
You’ll be working front-of-house at various client sites in Nottingham, ranging from corporate offices to creative studios. Typical responsibilities include:
* Welcoming guests and visitors with a warm, professional manner
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
* Managing bookings, post, deliveries, and basic admin tasks
* Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
* Liaising with internal teams and supporting ad hoc duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior reception, admin, or front-of-house experience
* Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong timekeeping and organisational abilities
* Tech confident – comfortable using Microsoft Office & booking systems
* A smart, polished appearance and professional attitude
