What we are looking for: We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Projects Support to join our team in delivering HR projects within the company over an estimated 6-month period. The successful candidate will have experience of delivery projects accurately and to deadline. Experience and expertise in training & development, creating newsletters, comms strategy, reward and benefits, ER case work is essential. Desirably you will hold a projects qualification, but this is not essential. Essential Knowledge & Experience required for the role Proven experience of managing and delivering projects both independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of HR best practice, employment law, and employee relations Ability to research, analyse, and present recommendations to support decision-making Good communication skills Project management skills Experience of delivering successful employee engagement initiatives Good experience in HR generalist work Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities For an informal discussion about this role, please contact the HR Department at [email protected].
