A Housing Association is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to carry out day-to-day housing repairs across occupied and void properties. This is a temp to perm opportunity with consistent hours and long-term stability for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
General housing repairs and maintenance
Flat roof repairs
Repointing and minor brickwork
Fencing and external works
Slabbing and basic groundworks
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade
Proven experience in multi-trade housing repairs
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently in occupied properties
Salary & Benefits
£19.20 per hour
Temp to perm opportunity
40 hours per week (08:00 – 16:30)
