Primary PPA Teacher (Full-time, Temporary)

£600 - £1192 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
This Primary School in Gateshead (NE10) is currently seeking to recruit a full-time Primary PPA Teacher to work from February 2026. The PPA Teacher appointed for the role will be working across the whole school (Nursery – Year 6) to cover PPA sessions for class teachers. Experience of working across school would be desired. This is a one-form entry Primary School which boasts a family atmosphere, and where staff work together to ensure the needs of each child are met.
Requirements
The desired Primary PPA Teacher will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
