IT Support Engineer - up to 30K + 2x Overtime - Tamworth
An exciting new opportunity has become available for an IT Support Engineer within a Microsoft Gold Partnered, Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Tamworth.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate IT Support Engineer to join a forward thinking and growing MSP. There is ample opportunity for career progression with the company thriving and experiencing a 50% expansion over the last 18 months. Responsibilities
* Provide IT support and technical assistance to clients as part of a Managed Service Desk environment
* Liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged, managed and that SLAs are met
* Resolve incidents quickly using remote support tools
* Assist with Windows operating systems and Office 365 email solutions
* Support Exchange mailbox management (Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016)
* Manage Active Directory users/computers
* Support basic client-side networking and hardware issues (HP and Dell)
* Collaborate with team members to deliver a high level of customer service
Qualifications
* Strong basis knowledge in Windows 7/10, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory
* Experience with remote support tools and resolving incidents efficiently
* Prior experience in a Managed Service Desk environment is beneficial
* Self-motivated, good communicator with problem-solving abilities and organisational skills
