The PPC & Trade Associate will sit at the centre of on-platform performance, combining deep Amazon PPC expertise with broader trade levers including pricing, deals, SEO and creative optimisation.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a technically strong Amazon PPC operator who wants to expand beyond pure campaign management into full SKU-level performance ownership.
You’ll be “in the weeds” daily — driving measurable improvements across advertising, conversion, pricing strategy and marketplace visibility. The environment is fast-paced, experimental and data-led, with high expectations around performance and ownership.

The PPC & Trade Associate will:
* Own full-funnel PPC strategy and execution across Amazon and additional marketplaces
* Implement and optimise advanced advertising solutions including DSP
* Drive SKU-level performance through pricing, deals, SEO and creative improvements
* Build and own a structured trade experimentation framework
* Execute high-impact launches, deal events and sponsored video initiatives
* Monitor keyword ranking, search query data and SKU metrics daily
* Conduct competitor analysis and cross-industry research to drive continuous improvement
* Use data dashboards and reporting to translate insight into action
* Strong hands-on Amazon PPC experience across multiple campaign types and geographies (including EU)
* Proven performance track record backed by data
* Experience managing seasonal brands, particularly high-intensity Q4 trading
* Data-first mindset with experience using advanced tools (SQP, AMC and other PPC platforms)
* Demonstrable use of AI tools to drive operational or performance improvements
* Strong communication skills with clear, structured reporting capability
* Experimental “scientist” mindset focused on constant testing and optimisation
* Experience managing brands with high levels of branded search traffic
* Exposure to DSP, Walmart Marketplace or TikTok Shop
