General information Reference NMSSRUAA Publication end date 09/11/2025 Job Title Administration Assistant Contractual hours 37.00 Location NORTHERN IRELAND, Ballymena, Ballymena Candidate criteria Minimum Level of Education Required GCSE (or equivalent) Shortlisting Criteria Essential: •Minimum 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C including Mathematics and English Language; or minimum two years relevant experience preferably in a clerical / administrative role. •Developed IT Skills (including MS Office). •Strong numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy. •Current UK driving licence & access to a vehicle for use as required. Desirable: •Minimum of three year's experience of working in a busy office environment. •Previous experience of interacting and communicating directly with customers.
