Duties and responsibilities related to the Spa Manager role
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow as well as high levels of guest engagement and satisfaction.
2. Support with the hiring and supervision of spa colleagues. Organize scheduling, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team delivers excellent services.
3. Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available, and coordinate orders and deliveries as needed.
4. Assist in budgeting and financial management to support the overall financial health of the spa.
About you
Proven experience in spa management, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills to support the Spa Director and ensure smooth spa operations. Possess extensive knowledge of luxury spa operations and treatments, as well as an excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
