We currently hold 30 frameworks, and we work with most of the UK’s water companies and the Environment Agency.What you'll be doingReporting to Regional Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers client projects within budget and to client requirements and standards. You will have full accountability for all project delivery in the area.Oversee the full project management function of the team, supporting where required, as appropriate to team size, contract value, and size of frameworkMonitor project costs across all area projects to ensure maintenance of marginEnsure consistent project performance in line with client and company expectations for the areaEnsure effective collaboration with the SHWEQ team to drive consistently high standardsEnsure Project Management liaise effectively with the Supply Chain team to guarantee timely and cost-efficient product and equipment deliveryIdentify and deploy technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects on time and to budgetAccountable for ensuring RAMS and CPPs are in place and adhered toWorking with the Framework Manager / Regional Director, ensure present and future resource and skillsets are maintained by through effective team recruitment, retention, development, and growthEnsure labour allocations are completed and communicated in a clear and timely fashionOversee temporary works, appointing coordinators where necessaryEnsure Project Managers check and approve timesheets in line with Commercial and Payroll team requirementsChair team meetings to proactively engage the team and resolve any issues that ariseWho we're looking forWe are seeing an individual with extensive experience in the delivery of civil engineering projects at a senior level.Outstanding team leadership attributes in a project management environment.Proven organisation and planning skills which result in adequate resource, and timely completion of projects delivered to budget.Organised, focused and self-determined with outstanding time management and prioritisation skills.Resilient, and open to change in a reactive setting.What we're offeringUp to £55k to £60k per annum Company Car or Car AllowanceOpportunities to work from home, site, and co-working office spacesCountless training and advancement opportunitiesPerformance-related rewards24 days' paid holiday plus Bank HolidaysPrivate Medical InsuranceIncome protectionLife assurance6% employer pension contribution
