Marketing Manager – Healthy Hearing
Location: Hybrid (Office based in Stamford, Lincolnshire)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + up to £10,000 annual bonus

The Role
This is a hybrid position, with your base at our Stamford office, working directly with the Director and MD, and managing two part-time Marketing Executives.
You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing strategy and execution — online, digital, social media, and offline. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership, shape strategy, and implement your ideas in a business that sees marketing as a true investment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering marketing strategies across digital, social media, and offline channels.
* Leading and mentoring two part-time Marketing Executives.
* Working with our PPC affiliate company, SEO agency, web developers, and CRM partners.
* Overhauling and building our social media presence (currently under-performing).
* Managing direct mail campaigns for targeted promotions.
* Driving initiatives such as email marketing, referral schemes, POS, and promotional campaigns.
* Analysing campaign effectiveness, reporting results, and continuously improving.
