HR Business Partner - Belfast - Manufacturing

Are you an experienced HR Generalist ready to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic, fast-paced site and driving people strategies aligned with business goals.

This role is perfect for an ambitious HR Generalist looking to step into a more strategic, partnering role.

The role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where HR is seen as a true strategic partner. As HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders to provide professional, pragmatic and solutions-focused HR support across a broad range of people matters. From employee relations and engagement to organisational change and talent development, you'll be at the forefront of supporting both the people and performance agenda.

The main responsibilities:

* Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment law

* Partner with line managers to support workforce planning, development, and engagement initiatives

* Lead or support on employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management

* Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and support change management activity

* Support recruitment and onboarding efforts, ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained

* Collaborate with wider HR team on key projects and business-wide initiatives

The ideal candidate:

* Solid generalist HR experience.

* Strong working knowledge of NI employment legislation

* Demonstrable experience supporting line managers and influencing stakeholders

* CIPD qualification (Level 5).

* Experience leading ER cases.
