Join Our Clients Team as a Service Coordinator! Location: Birmingham Salary: £27,500 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for customer service? As a Service Coordinator/Scheduler with our client, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of field engineer activities in the security industry. Your mission? To maximise engineer utilisation while delivering top-notch customer service! Key Responsibilities: Schedule Preventative Maintenance visits and Reactive Calls. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues effectively. Liaise with customers and engineers to boost productivity and service quality. Ensure efficient booking of visits in line with company procedures. Manage key accounts to provide seamless service. Oversee subcontractor scheduling, ensuring compliance with company standards.Essential Skills: Exceptional communication skills with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle customer-related issues. Proficiency in understanding KPI metrics-numeracy is key! A positive team player who prioritises workloads effectively. IT literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
