Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm
£12.21 per hour
Leeds - Outskirts of the City Centre
The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our client's busy Customer Response Team. This is a 12-week temporary assignment with a guaranteed permanent position at the end for the right candidate.
* Handling a variety of inbound customer queries
* Answering calls, advising customers, and escalating queries when needed
* Logging details accurately into a bespoke database
* Supporting with occasional administrative tasks and product-related duties
Hours
* Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am - 7pm
* Saturday 9am - 5pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm (rota basis - only one day per weekend when working)
About You
* Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or office-based)
* Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
* A great telephone manner and strong communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
* A positive, hardworking, and friendly personality
