Impact
* Set a clear product vision and communicate it effectively
* Own end-to-end delivery on pod outcomes, including software delivery and operating models, where applicable
* Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
* Facilitate release planning with stakeholders
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements
* Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production, and communicating with stakeholders
* Support messaging, communication and client outreach as necessary
* Monitor the risk and regulatory environment and partner with senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed
Qualifications
Expertise
* Experience as a product owner and with agile ways of working, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization
* Experience articulating a roadmap
* Institutional banking expertise, ideally in the Custody business with domain knowledge in Corporate Actions and Income
* Experience with leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a complex organization
* Some experience in the creation and practical application of AI agentic solutions
