Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce applications. As a Senior Developer, you'll leverage your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to craft tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance client engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, user-friendly, and robust platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Design, build, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
2. Lead platform configuration including flows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes.
3. Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and automation tools to meet business needs.
4. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
5. Support deployments and version control using CI/CD tools like GitHub, Copado, Bamboo, etc.
6. Ensure best practices in unit testing, debugging, and secure coding.
7. Collaborate with Admins, Architects, and Business Analysts to deliver high-impact solutions.
8. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Salesforce development and administration.
* Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
* Strong understanding of Salesforce cloud offerings – Sales, Service, and Experience (Community).
* Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and App Builder (required); Platform Developer II (preferred).
* Experience with data tools like Apex Data Loader and knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL.
* Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, and web services.
* Ability to develop scalable solutions adhering to APEX best practices and platform limitations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present multiple solutions to technical challenges.
