Salary: £33,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Experience in application support, systems support, or technical analyst roles. Professional services experience is preferred but not essential. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and clear communication. Methodical, organised, and able to manage competing priorities. Knowledge of integrations, testing/QA processes, reporting tools (Power BI/SSRS), or PowerShell (desirable). ITIL Foundation or similar certification (desirable). Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for applications such as iManage, BigHand, Elite, and Microsoft 365. Assist with upgrades, enhancements, testing, and simple configuration tasks. Support integrations, data quality checks, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues. Deliver training, user guides, and knowledge base articles. Follow security standards and help maintain access controls and permissions.
