Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO of GFI Securities and, once a week, the Co-CEO and COO of BGC Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and discreet professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will provide strategic administrative support, exercising exceptional judgment, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules with ease. You will be at the heart of the organisation’s operations, ensuring the seamless flow of both business and personal matters while engaging confidently with Executive Managing Directors and high-profile external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
* Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
* Screen, prioritise, and respond to emails, calls, and meeting requests.
* Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and presentation materials for meetings and events.
* Manage company credit cards, process invoices, and oversee expense reporting.
* Support document management, including contracts, DocuSign approvals, and other executive-level authorisations.
* Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the Executive area, ensuring an efficient flow of communication.

Qualifications
* Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
