TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a leading global engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an International Regional Sales Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on driving export sales, expanding global market presence, and developing strong international partnerships. You will play a key role in growing revenue across international regions, acting as the main point of contact for customers and sales partners while delivering a consultative, solution-led sales approach. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, engage, and convert international prospects into customers Generate new business while expanding an existing global customer base Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently exceed targets Assess customer requirements remotely and provide tailored solutions and quotations Sales Partner Management Manage, coach, and develop international sales partners Provide technical, commercial, and strategic support to maximise performance Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner networks Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth Customer Relationship Management Maintain long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention Gather market insights and feed back into the business Marketing & Brand Awareness Support regional marketing initiatives alongside internal teams Deliver virtual demonstrations, presentations, and promotional activity Track competitor activity and market trends Reporting & Administration Produce accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates Maintain CRM systems to track pipeline and performance About You Proven experience in B2B or industrial sales with a strong track record of revenue growth Experience managing international regions, accounts, or sales partners Strong business development and negotiation skills Comfortable delivering consultative, solution-based sales Technical aptitude able to understand and present engineered solutions Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments is advantageous Additional languages are a bonus What Success Looks Like Achieving and exceeding regional revenue targets Growing international customer base and market presence Developing high-performing sales partner networks Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Why Apply?
