In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A typical day in the job: 1st Line support through the IT Helpdesk ticketing system. Building PCs, setting up Laptops & Repairing PCs and Laptops. Pre-delivery preparation of servers/infrastructure equipment and controlling stock of all IT equipment. Dealing with software issues e.g. installation and upgrade. Keeping up to date with any training and learning logs. Dealing with third parties to arrange external repairs and tracking documentation. Keep up-to-date notes on the work completed through the helpdesk. Salary, Hours & Benefits: Salary: £14,722.50 - £16,722.55. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
