What you’ll be doing:
* Conducting building and measured surveys across a diverse portfolio
* Ensuring compliance with the latest building regulations and technical standards
* Preparing specifications, obtaining estimates, and planning maintenance programmes
* Administering contracts for maintenance work and managing building defects
* Handling claims and negotiations, including preparing drawings and specifications for remedial work
* Preparing schedules of dilapidations for land and buildings
You’ll work closely with a wide range of clients from commercial, education, residential, leisure, and health sectors, managing property portfolios, projects, and transactions. * MRICS Chartered status
* Proven experience in a similar building surveying role
