Healf was founded by two brothers - Max and Lestat - with a relentless drive to reshape health and wellness.
Their journey has been fueled by hard work, intensity, and a commitment to build something transformative.
Like all of us, they’re here to make a lasting impact.
Build the Future of Wellbeing
If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best.
That’s what we’re building at Healf—an ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products across EAT, MOVE, MIND, and SLEEP, and we’re just getting started.
We combine culture-shaping storytelling, cutting-edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform, Healf Zone), and a best-in-class product experience to help people build rituals that work.
Backed by investors behind Soho House, Alo Yoga, Cult Beauty, and Innocent, we’re scaling fast—and redefining how the world shops and lives well.
The Role
We’re urgently looking for a hands-on, creative Graphic Designer to join our fast-moving team in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being part of a growing, energetic environment.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-paced design and production team helping to bring creative ideas to life. While your core focus will be design, you’ll also be working closely with different parts of the business, contributing to real-world outputs from day one. This is a practical, hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys making things happen, not just making things look good.
Full-time, onsite for the first 1–2 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating simple, clean visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
* Supporting day-to-day design needs across the business

Qualifications:
* A portfolio that shows good visual judgment and design fundamentals
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
* Attention to detail and an eagerness to get stuck in wherever needed
* A “can-do” attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic team environment
* Happy to be onsite in Southampton full-time, especially in the early phase
* Someone who’s proactive, fast, and flexible
