Youll be joining the Property Department, which encompasses both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property work.

The Role
I am looking for an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant to provide high-quality support to Fee Earners across the Property Department. This full-time position is ideal for a proactive, confident individual who enjoys working in a client-centred environment.
About You
Id love to hear from applicants who:
Have previous experience supporting a Property Department, including both residential and commercial property work
Bring strong secretarial, administrative, and IT skills, and are comfortable working in a digital or paper-light setting
Are self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while contributing positively to a team
Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and external contacts
Work accurately under pressure with great attention to detail
Can ensure compliance with firm procedures and excel standards while carrying out general secretarial duties
