Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager, Cryo Nerve Block is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing direct business sales in cardiac/thoracic operating rooms and related departments within hospitals. This role requires training and supporting surgeons and their staff in various procedures, providing clinical support in the operating room, and assisting with follow‑up patient care as required. Excellent relationship management, teamwork, and strategic planning are essential.
What Will You Be Doing
* Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for the designated territory to achieve assigned targets.
* Continuously identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities.
* Provide clinical support and follow‑up patient care as required.
* Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the base business.
* Work closely with the Area Director to implement strategies to achieve corporate sales goals.
* Collaborate with marketing to share industry news, trends, and receive feedback.
* Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
* Manage the territory and track customer activity.
* Ensure compliance with requirements for accessing hospital, health system, or client sites.
* Execute duties inside the operating room environment.
A Little About Yourself
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac and thoracic fields preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in neuromodulation also advantageous.
* Successful track record with sales quota achievement.
* Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoys and excels at personal relationship building.
* Ability to travel 80% depending on territory size, location, and maturity.
* Fluent in English.
