Working Hours
* Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 Shifts Available
Pay rate: GBP 13.44 per hour
Position: Line Leader
As a Line Leader for Logistics People, your role will include the following duties:
* Supervising the production line and motivating a small team to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards
* Working alongside team members on the production line, suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a hands-on approach
* Managing production and labor to meet planned volume and targets, ensuring adherence to QA and safety standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging, with knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety protocols
* Ensuring final products meet client specifications (SPI)
* Maximizing production efficiency to meet daily plans
* Promoting and adhering to health, safety, and quality regulations
* Completing accurate paperwork and system updates as per procedures
* Ensuring compliance with hygienic audits and GMP standards
