This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative degree, a flair for design, or a passion for working in a dynamic, people-focused environment. CAD design experience would be a bonus, but we are equally excited to speak with individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
What You Will Be Doing:
Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Providing general administrative support to keep the studio running smoothly
Managing meeting bookings and sending Outlook calendar invites
Liaising with manufacturers and fitters to ensure projects stay on track
Checking in deliveries and maintaining accurate records
Handling invoices with attention to detailYou Will Be a Great Fit If You:
Are trustworthy, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Communicate confidently and enjoy working with people
Are organised, proactive, and eager to grow within a creative environment
Have a background in design or a natural creative flair (CAD experience is a plus!)
Are IT savvy and a car driver (essential due to location and occasional off-site errands)Additional Information:

Must be able to commute to Brentwood
