3 months contract with local authority We are seeking a dedicated Senior Social Work Assistant to work exclusively after school hours, for 3.5 hours each day. This role primarily involves observing family time/contact, with the possibility of assisting in family support tasks. The position requires flexibility in working hours, typically from 3:15 PM to 6:45 PM, although this may occasionally extend to 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role. Responsibilities: Observe and monitor family time/contact sessions. Assist with family support tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records and reports of observations. Communicate effectively with families and team members. Adapt to varying work hours as required. Requirements Requirements: Ability to work approximately 3:15 PM to 6:45 PM, with some variation. Valid driver's license and access to a car. Strong observational and communication skills.
