Call Handler

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Contract: Temporary - 12 weeks
Hours: Full-time, on-site

We are currently recruiting for a Call Handler on behalf of our client based in Lincoln. This is a full-time, on-site role offered on a 12-week temporary assignment, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Acting as a first point of contact for customers, patients, or service users
Providing accurate information and resolving queries where possible
Logging calls and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate team when required
Following policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a call handling, contact centre, or customer service role
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Confident using computer systems and handling multiple screens
