JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization that has been established for over 20 years.
You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
* Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
* Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
* Provide guidance on methods, tools, and policies to promote adoption.
* Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements definition for large initiatives.
* Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
* Ability to advise on techniques and influence stakeholders.
* Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
