\nAre you experienced in residential conveyancing or plot sales and looking for a role that offers flexibility and a great team environment? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Conveyancer to join a busy legal team supporting one of the UK’s leading housebuilders.

\nWhat you’ll be doing:

\n\t
* Managing the full process of new home sales – from sending out contracts and handling enquiries to exchanging and completing.
\n\t
* Working closely with sales and technical teams to keep things moving and on track.
\n\t
* Helping with the sale of part-exchange properties.
\n\t
* Making sure all legal checks (like AML and source of funds) are properly handled.
\n\t
* Keeping reports and records up to date and accurate.
\n\t
* Supporting colleagues and joining in team meetings and training when needed.
\n

What we’re looking for:

1. At least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales.
\n\t
2. Solid understanding of the conveyancing process.
\n\t
3. Comfortable handling a busy workload while staying calm under pressure.
