A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement marketing campaigns within targeted strategic accounts.
Responsibilities:
* Strategically lead marketing efforts within the UK crafting personalised marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness within targeted strategic accounts
* Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content and thought leadership, digital marketing (social media, SEO), events, webinars, and analyst interactions, to enhance brand awareness and generate demand
* Design and implement targeted email campaigns focusing on specific C-suite decision makers
* Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives, collaborating with marketing and design teams to create multifunctional content
* Monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational values
* Enhance organisational capabilities by implementing effective marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to support growth
* Drive innovation in marketing techniques and approaches, keeping the digital landscape and end decision makers in mind
* Translate sales objectives into marketing objectives and develop project plans for marketing support
Requirements:
* Track record of experience in marketing B2B insurance / financial services
* Proven success in revenue generation through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and client-centric marketing
* Some strategic thinking required but will be more of an individual contributor / execution role (20% strategy, 80% execution)
* Positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills
